LHR now offers an extended warranty option for our CarveWright customers. These warranties include the following warranty period limitations, but each customer is responsible for reading and understanding their warranty agreement in full. Access to those legal documents, rights and restrictions, inclusions and exclusions, are provided through the associated links:

These warranties are only available for new machines and must be purchased no later than 90 days from time of new machine purchase.
If your new machine is purchased from an authorized dealer, it comes with a 1 year or 200 hour warranty already included. If you decide you would like to add one year or 200 hours to your distributor warranty, you may do so within 90 days of machine purchase.
The Warranty Period of these warranties is based on date of machine purchase and will not exceed 2 years or 400 carving hours. The period is for up to the specified time period or amount of carving hours on your machine; whichever comes first. Warranty period will never extend more than 2 years or 400 carving hours.
Customer purchases a machine on July 1, 2018 with only the Standard (1 year) Warranty ($0.00).
89 days later, the customer decides to purchase an Extended Warranty ($300.00).
The warranty will expire July 1, 2020.
All qualified returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Restocking fees may be applicable.
Customers may return any item that is UNUSED within 30 days of purchase for a product refund with a 10% restocking fee.
Any item that has been USED, and is accepted by CarveWright for return within 30 days of the date of purchase, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any electronics purchased through the online store will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Any software (Patterns, Pattern Collections, Projects, Subscriptions or Premium Features including Designer Upgrade or additional Designer licenses) that has been activated to a customer account, will not be refundable or transferable as the code is not retrievable from the customer account.
Any other items not covered above will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
The restocking fee may not be assessed, if customer was instructed under diagnosis of a hardware technician to purchase an item.
Customer will be charged for any missing components or damage to the machine, parts or accessories. Any item that is has missing components or damage to the machine, parts or accessories may not be accepted for refund. All freight charges incurred in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping damage will need to be handled by our Shipping Claims Department. All packaging material and products will need to be kept and photographed to be presented as evidence to the shipper for the claim. Refunds will be made on credit cards for credit card purchases and by company check for all other purchases.
No returns for a refund will be accepted more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
