Conditions of Use

Use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. LHR Technologies (LHR) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the terms and conditions apply to all persons who visit our website at any time. You, which also includes your employees, your agents and any other entity on behalf of whom you use this website (collectively, “you”), are required to accept the terms and conditions of use set forth herein if you desire to use this website. You accept these terms and conditions by using this site. Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement and acceptance without modification of the notices, terms and conditions set forth herein. In addition, as a condition of your use of this Site, you represent and warrant to LHR that you will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful, immoral or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. If you do not agree and accept without modification the notices, terms and conditions set forth herein, do not use this Site. Other than this agreement and agreements between you and LHR relating to the sale of products or services to you through this Site, LHR will not enter into any agreement with you or obligation to you through this Site and no attempt to create such an agreement or obligation will be effective. Any and all issues or controversies arising from this transaction, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws and decisions of the State of Texas.  The purchaser agrees that the state and federal courts sitting in Houston, Texas shall be the exclusive forum and situs for the resolution of any and all disputes, controversies or matters arising here from or related hereto. Customer also agrees to warranty policy, as applicable, and conditions of company return policy.  Items purchased are subject to various warranties.

Warranty

The warranty terms and conditions are viewable by selecting Warranty and Return Policy at the bottom of this page and are incorporated as if set out fully herein.

Return Policy

All qualified returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Restocking fees may be applicable.

Customers may return any item that is UNUSED within 30 days of purchase for a product refund with a 10% restocking fee.

Any item that has been USED, and is accepted by CarveWright for return within 30 days of the date of purchase, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any electronics purchased through the online store will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Any software (Patterns, Pattern Collections, Projects, Subscriptions or Premium Features including Designer Upgrade or additional Designer licenses) that has been activated to a customer account, will not be refundable or transferable as the code is not retrievable from the customer account.

Any other items not covered above will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

The restocking fee may not be assessed, if customer was instructed under diagnosis of a hardware technician to purchase an item.

Customer will be charged for any missing components or damage to the machine, parts or accessories. Any item that is has missing components or damage to the machine, parts or accessories may not be accepted for refund. All freight charges incurred in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping damage will need to be handled by our Shipping Claims Department.  All packaging material and products will need to be kept and photographed to be presented as evidence to the shipper for the claim. Refunds will be made on credit cards for credit card purchases and by company check for all other purchases.

No returns for a refund will be accepted more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

For additional assistance, you may call 713-473-6572 and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to explain our return and refund policies. Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.

Product Orders

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, LHR cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. LHR reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice. Product prices offered on this Site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets.

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Prices maybe changed by LHR at anytime.

While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. LHR reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

The Flexshaft Lubricant will only be shipped via Regular Ground Service and cannot be shipped anywhere outside of the continental United States.

This Site may contain links to Sites owned or operated by parties other than LHR. Such links are provided for your reference only. LHR does not control outside Sites and is not responsible for their content. LHR’s inclusion of links to an outside Site does not imply any endorsement of the material on the Site or, unless expressly disclosed otherwise, any sponsorship, affiliation or association with its owner, operator or sponsor, nor does LHR’s inclusion of the links imply that LHR is authorized to use any trade name, trademark, logo, legal or official seal or copyrighted symbol that may be reflected in the linked Site.

Canadian Sales

LHR is currently unable to ship the machine or anything over 70 lbs to or from Canada.  Any physical item that includes shipping costs will be calculated through our online purchasing system.  Physical items are shipped via USPS and may experience a longer shipping time. Any additional local taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Sales

LHR can process orders from international customers with the following terms and conditions:

E-goods (electronic goods) include software, pattern and project activation codes and Project of the Month Subscription codes - These items are sent only via email and do not include shipment of any physical items.   They do not have any associated shipping fees. The purchaser is responsible for any local taxes on these items.

Physical items include parts, materials and accessories under 70 lbs. – LHR’s ordering system is not currently able to automatically calculate and process associated shipping costs and fees for these items to be shipped outside of the United States and Canada.  If you order physical items that require shipping, you will be contacted by LHR via email with estimated shipping charges for your order to be sent through UPS International Services. LHR Technologies, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any additional charges after shipment, which will be the obligation of the purchaser. If shipment is refused by the customer, shipping charges established prior to shipment are non-refundable.

CarveWright Machine - because the machine is only UL certified to sell to the United States and Canada, we cannot sell or ship the machine to international customers.
